...well this area IS called Marca, (which coincidently means: “brand”),
so no surprise there then, that right HERE is where the Top Italian Shoe Brands are actually manufactured!
The Marca Fermana is a land where traditions still retain their own artisan identity, all the activities are reminiscent of the industrious diligence of the Fermano people. It is impossible to come to the Province of Fermo and not be drawn into the fascination of shopping and buying authentic and artisan made products knowing there are so many good deals to be found!
Not everyone knows that the best shoes (and shoe outlets) of the world, even those with famous brands like Nero Giardini, Hogan shoes, Tod’s, Bikkembergs, La Martina, Loriblu and many others, are produced in Italy in the Marche and to be precise, actually in the Fermano Shoe District.
