Vino cotto | Accommodation details
The Fête of the Vino Cotto of Lapedona is a very good occasion to taste an exceptional traditional product and to get to know closely one of the most attractive 'borghi' of the Fermano territory.
This vintage grape product, before ending up on our tables, goes through a long and laborious process, where after the pressing, it
is cooked in a copper cauldron on an open fire, until the water present in the grapes evaporates completely. After it has cooled, the 'mosto' is placed in oak barrels and left to ferment, to then be united to those of the previous years.
